In a press release from the Federal Housing Finance Agency, “conforming”  loan limits (for loans sold to Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac) will increase in 2009 for properties located in most of the Charlottesville region.

I recently talked with Bill Palmer (who has a cute house to sell on McIntire Road ).  Bill is a GIS Analyst with TEC, Inc.  He showed me a Geographic Information System application on the Albemarle County website that has very useful applications for anyone involved in real estate.
